During my time working at a summer camp in America with Camp America, I had the incredible opportunity to connect with campers from all over the world while helping organize activities and create memorable experiences. It was a rewarding and transformative summer, allowing me to grow personally and professionally while exploring the diverse culture of the United States.

Beirut to Cairo

During my trip from Beirut to Cairo, I visited a series of remarkable historical sites along the way. In Lebanon, I explored ancient temples, and in Jerusalem, I marveled at the Golden Temple and stood before the iconic Western Wall. My journey continued to Petra in Jordan, where I was awe-struck by the ancient city carved into the rose-red rock, before finally arriving in Egypt to witness the awe-inspiring pyramids, a true testament to the grandeur of ancient civilization.

During my time working at a summer camp at Birzeit University, I had the incredible opportunity to work with Palestinian children, helping to create an enriching and supportive environment. I also visited the Jenin refugee camp and Gaza, where I gained a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by the local communities and witnessed their resilience firsthand.

Unfortunately, my adventure took an unexpected turn when I ended up in a hospital in Corfu with a broken back, but even in that challenging moment, I was grateful for the unforgettable experiences I had throughout the journey.
