Three River Crossings Bike Ride

A bike ride from the Baltic Centre to The Rattler (formerly known as Platform 33) and back, which includes three river crossings:

– The Millennium Bridge
– The Pedestrian Tunnel
– The Shields Ferry

This ride is intended for everyone who has yet to experience the different ways of crossing the Tyne. It includes a long break at The Rattler – a pub with a garden at the beach – where we can have a meal and a rest.

The ride is about 24 miles long and consists of cycle paths, roads, a tunnel, and a ferry.
