The Chester-Le-Street Steam & Vintage Fair 2026 celebrated an impressive 70 years since the first rally in 1956, bringing together enthusiasts, families, and exhibitors for a fantastic weekend at Lambton Park. The event featured an outstanding display of full-size steam engines, vintage tractors, classic cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, military vehicles, stationary engines, and traditional fairground attractions. With trade stands, live demonstrations, entertainment, food stalls, and activities for all ages, the fair once again showcased Britain’s rich engineering and transport heritage while creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors to enjoy a memorable day out.
